Corrugated steep angle belt conveyor is an alternative for situation like customer has lifting requirements, but common conveyor can not be applied due to space limitations. It effectively prevent the material falling due to special belt with corrugated sidewall and cleat to complete transport.
Characteristics
1. Flexible transportation – can convey all kinds of bulk materials such as coal, ore, sand, fertilizer and grain in horizontal, oblique, vertical or other angle directions, the lump size of the transported material is limited by the width of the belt.
2. Excellent abrasion resistant cover rubber compound, the conveyor belt is made by mold method, with good appearance, not easily deformed, bear high and low temperature.
3. Stable and controllable start, continuous and highly efficient operation, low resistance is achieved that in turn ensures quieter operations
4. The conveyors is easy installation and disassembly, the belt can be wash by water directly.
5. Option Frame material: sus 304 or carbon steel; conveyor belt: food grade PP, PVC or compound rubber.
